Portal Insight for debtors
You can review your outstanding obligations at the portal Insight for debtors, which is to be found in the upper right section of the website or by clicking the following link Insight for debtors.
On the notice you received a reference number (in a box), which you use to sign in. Then you follow further instructions.
Settlement of obligations
This is, of, the most recommended solution to avoid further legal proceedings, which are associated with additional, higher costs, such as statutory late payment interest penalties, charged on a daily basis, litigation costs and executor costs. The proceedings are inevitably long-lasting, causing many additional worries and nuisances which, we are convinced, you don’t need. Therefore, the settlement of your obligations is the best solution.
Debt disagreement with appropriate evidence
Each client is entitled to dispute the debt, as long as he has all the necessary evidence for it. We take evidence of debt dispute very seriously and want to help you with it, so that the issue can be resolved as fast as possible. Consequently, the case closes or the obligation is reduced.
If you don’t provide us with the documentation confirming the debt dispute, we have to continue the collection procedure, which is, again, connected to considerably higher costs. If you have all the necessary documentation regarding the open obligation, you can forward it to us via reklamacije@izterjava.com and we will gladly help you.
Debtors and businesses who intentionally evade payment obligations and invent a variety of different excuses for non-payment are not aware of the potential consequences of such behaviour:
- Billing of statutory late interest
- Litigation costs
- Distraint of movable property
- Lodgement of claim in succession proceedings
- Register a claim against bankruptcy estate
- Financial situation overview for the last 7 years
This brings along a considerable amount of worry and nuisance. It has a high impact on one’s life and, in case of a company, jeopardizes the business. Therefore, we advise you to settle your obligations and participate in the payment arrangements, since it’s the only way to avoid all of the inconveniences that you may be faced with in the case of non-cooperation.
